Chequers Garage Customer Charter
- We only fit original equipment standard parts.
- We fit only original equipment parts on vehicles up to 5 years old or if customer specifies.
- We will never bill you for anything we have not quoted for and received your agreement on.
- Your car will only ever be worked on by experienced and qualified technicians.
- We will call you in the unlikely event that your car is not going to be ready at the agreed pick up time.
- We will always explain your invoice to you if you would like us to.
